Our Returns Policy
PLEASE NOTE:
We do not accept items returned after 60 days.

For any reason, within 30 days of receipt of your shipment you may return any of the following items to Full of Health for a refund:
- Any UN-OPENED nutritional supplement in its original condition (only with both the outer and the inner seals intact and unbroken!)
- Any book or DVD in its original condition (not damaged or misused).
However, ALL products returned within 30 days of receipt of the shipment will be charged a 15% restocking fee and a Canadian Customs brokerage fee (if any).
The shipping and handling cost is NOT refundable. Only if your return is the result of our error, the shipping and handling cost of the returned item/s will be refunded.
Items that are:
- returned more than 30 days after delivery, or
- in unsellable condition, or
- with missing parts
will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion (up to 80%).
Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items
Full of Health can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item/s. You can expect a refund within seven (7) business days of our receiving your return.
Sending Your Return
Before you send your return you have to email us first by
. We will provide your Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number along with the shipping instructions next business day.

After obtaing the RGA number, you may send the item/s to the shipping address provided, preferably, by the United States Postal Service, along with a separate sheet of paper noting:
- your RGA number,

You can use the original envelope the item/s arrived in or another padded envelope, if you prefer.
PLEASE NOTE: When describing the contents, simply state "Returned Merchandise".
